Kirk Humphreys is Chairman of The Humphreys Company. Kirk was twice elected as Mayor of the City of Oklahoma City, serving from 1998 through 2003. He currently is a director of OGE Energy Corp., a trustee of the Urban Land Institute and a member of the Board of Regents at The University of Oklahoma. Kirk also co-hosts Flash Point, a weekly televised commentary and debate on issues of local and national interest. He and his wife, Danna, have been married for 43 years and have 3 children and 10 grandchildren. They live in Oklahoma City and Carlton Landing, Oklahoma.
Grant Humphreys is the Town Founder of Oklahoma’s newest municipality, Carlton Landing, a resort community on Lake Eufaula in eastern Oklahoma. Grant earned a Bachelor in Real Estate from Baylor University. After working with Trammell Crow Company in Dallas, he established a real estate investment company which owned the largest self-storage portfolio in Oklahoma. In 2006 he developed Block 42, a luxury condominium project in downtown Oklahoma City. He and his wife, Jen, have five children and live in Carlton Landing, Oklahoma.
Blair Humphreys works for Humphreys Company, overseeing the design and development of Wheeler – a 150 acre mixed-use urban infill project on the Oklahoma River near downtown Oklahoma City. He has a Master in City Planning and Urban Design degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Oklahoma. He is a founding member of the Urban Land Institute Oklahoma District Council, currently serving as Chair of the statewide organization. Blair and wife Maggie and family live in Oklahoma City’s Historic Gatewood Neighborhood.
Todd Glass brings to the fund over 14 years of commercial real estate experience. He began his career in commercial real estate brokerage at Price Edwards & Company and then honed his skills as an underwriter and commercial lender at MidFirst Bank. He went on to serve as Director of Real Estate for Devon Energy, a Fortune 500 company, where he managed properties across North America and assisted in the development of the 1.8 million square foot Devon Energy headquarters. Todd earned his undergraduate and Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma. He is a full member of the Urban Land Institute, member of the Small Scale Development Council, and Co-Treasurer and Sponsorship Chair of ULI Oklahoma. Todd and his wife Kelli have three children and reside in Oklahoma City.
Ben Stewart, Managing Director, joined the Humphreys Company after nearly 16 years of directing the investment processes at two foundations, the Baptist Foundation of Oklahoma and most recently, the University of Oklahoma Foundation. At the OU Foundation, Ben managed approximately $1.5 billion in assets and coordinated all of the investment activities for the endowment and short-term portfolios. Ben received a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Oklahoma Baptist University. Ben and his wife Jeannie have three children and reside in Newcastle, Oklahoma.
Mr. Reeves previously served as Vice President at MidFirst Bank, responsible for underwriting, growing, and maintaining an approximately $500 million commercial real estate loan portfolio backed by a diverse set of properties across the nation. He focused on real estate financing and in particular, project finance, investment funds, and REITs. He also developed and managed new business with agent banks and borrowers. His most recent role was Vice President – Finance at EnerQuest Oil & Gas, overseeing, among other company functions, surface and land activities. Chris is a CFA charterholder and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Oklahoma. Chris, his wife, Melanie, and their two children live in Oklahoma City.
